We would like to hear from you! You can send an email of an mp3 file or video to media@occupynewsradio.org and we will broadcast it for you.
You can also call into our Google Voice number and leave a message (up to 3 minutes long) that will be broadcast on the air. All that we request is that the message follows three very simple rules:
1.) No incitements of violence to anyone or any group of people. This includes hate speech toward others because of their ethnicity, sexual orientation, sex, and religion. It’s about respect for our brothers and sisters.
2.) No foul language. We will air it if it is in the background, perhaps a chant is going but do not use this in the direct communication. Keep it clean. We want people of all ages, all religions and all ethnic backgrounds to be able to listen to us. No need to ruin a great message with offensive language.
3.) The movement has not endorsed any political party. This station will not be a place for people who support one party to try and come in and hijack it. Occupy 805 are made up of people who are registered as Republicans, Green, Democratic, and Independents. We all realize the problems that the 1% have made for us. We also know that political associations to certain parties can turn others away. We want to include everyone within the 99%.

Also, if you mess up on the message or are unhappy with it, say that you are not happy with it while the message is recording and we will not air it. Also include your first name and your location at the beginning of the message to help listeners relate to your story. Remember, the Google Voice messages only record for 3 minutes so be as concise as possible. Thanks.
